Fabricating
Shearing, punching, forming, machining, cutting and welding are major operations that make up our fabricating services. Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, titanium, and other exotic alloys are routinely encountered in both repair and new projects.

Sandblasting
Blasting medias available include: Sand, aluminum oxide, and glass bead as standards. Other medias are available. Our process can be used for coating preparation as well as for surface cleaning and finishing. Duroweld's sandblasting equipment includes automated cabinets up to our 18 foot wide x 18 foot high x 75 foot long pressurized sandblast booth. If you can transport it, we can blast it. |

Painting/Finishing
Our capabilities include small parts which can be racked, up to semi-trailer size assembilies. Our pressurized, temperature controlled spray booth is 18 feet high, 18 feet wide and 65 feet long. Both new coatings and refinishing services are accomplished using a variety of surface preparations and painting techniques. Substrates can be prepared with solvent cleaning or media blasting. Any sprayable coating can be applied to film thickness specifications using air, air-mix, airless, electrostatic or powder coating equipment.
